These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of allaboutdrainsaz.com (the “Site”) and your request for services from All About Drains (“All About Drains,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or requesting service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the Site, emailing, calling, or requesting service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or request service.

2. Who we are

All About Drains provides sewer and drain camera inspections for real estate agents and their clients across Tucson and Southern Arizona.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content. The Site is provided for general information about our services; content may change without notice.

4. Service requests & scheduling

Emailing or calling us is a request for service — it does not by itself create a binding appointment or contract. A service relationship begins only when we confirm it. We schedule work subject to availability, and any timing we discuss is a target, not a guarantee.

5. Inspections, findings & estimates

Our inspections and any repair estimates are based on the conditions observed and normally accessible at the time of the visit. A camera inspection reports on what is visible and reachable; it is not a guarantee about the entire system or about conditions that are concealed, inaccessible, or that change after the inspection. Any repair estimate is an approximation for planning and negotiation, not a fixed quote for work by another party.

6. The written report & agreement govern

The scope, findings, price, and any terms for a given job are set out in the written inspection report, estimate, or service agreement you receive for that job. If anything in that document conflicts with these Terms for that job, the written report or service agreement controls. Nothing on this Site is a warranty, guarantee, or fixed quote for any particular job.

7. Warranties & disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The terms of any inspection service are those stated in your written report or service agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, All About Drains will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability for the services we perform is addressed in your written report or service agreement.

9. Intellectual property

The Site’s content, logo, text, and design are owned by or licensed to All About Drains and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites (for example, a maps link). We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona, unless your written service agreement provides otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and post the revised Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
